MESSAGE FROM MARKHAM
PSYCHOLOGISTS tEAM Thank you for allowing us to support your psychological needs throughout the pandemic. Almost three years ago, we had a successful transition to provide quality care virtually. While we remain thoughtful around protecting the health of our clients and staff members, some of us have gradually been offering in-person appointments over the last year. We continue to encourage clinicians and clients to switch to virtual appointments when they are experiencing common symptoms of Covid-19. Our administrative staff members continue to work remotely, though we are responsive via telephone calls and emails.

Markham Psychologists & Associates are a group of 6 Registered Psychologists and 5 Clinical Associates, and an external consulting Psychiatrist. Clinical Associates include Psychology Students, Psychotherapists and Supervised Practice Psychologists.
Please check your insurance to see if you have coverage for the services of a Psychologist and/or Psychotherapist, as this may help you decide which practitioner you see. Together the team provides a comprehensive range of Psychological and Complimentary services to individuals across the lifespan, from infancy to late adulthood.

Daytime, evening and weekend appointments are available. All calls and appointments are strictly confidential and self-referrals are always welcome. For your convenience, service is available in Cantonese, Portuguese, Farsi and American Sign Language.

Psychological Services are covered by most extended Health Care Plans. Please check with your employer regarding benefits. The services of our Psychiatrist are covered by OHIP but require a physician referral.
Payments
Markham Psychologists accepts online payments by Interac E-Transfer. Some practitioners also accept on-line payment by credit card. Please discuss and make arrangements with your therapist.
